The primary emergency exit pathway from the Pre-K room has a gate with a latch at the very top preventing safe egress to at least 50 feet away from the building.
The kitchen does not have a door and a provider was not inside. Inside the kitchen this licensor observed detergent, cleaners, sanitizer and bleach in lower cupboards that were not latched. The electrical panel closet was not latched and a container of pesticide was accessible to children in inside.
