Plastic gloves were accessible to children in Twos 1, Toddler 2, and Early Preschool room. These were made inaccessible immediately. Plastic bags were accessible to children in an unlocked storage room in classroom KP2. This room was locked prior to my departure.

Hand sanitizer was observed accessible to children in C Wing Hallway. It was removed prior to my departure. Storage rooms were unlocked in KP 1, Preschool 2, and Twos 1. These rooms were locked immediately.
