It was observed in one classroom an epi pen did not match the prescription on the box, the epi pen in the box was expired, and the expiration date on prescription sticker was written over.

During an inspection, it was observed that some bathrooms accessible to children had plastic bags and plastic gloves located on the floor. In response to this safety concern, the director took action by removing the items from the floor and storing them on an upper shelf, out of the reach of children.
