Cassie said she was trained on the child's individual care plan and that there is a chart posted in the kitchen which details the children's food allergies. Cassie did not review the child's individual care plan prior to serving him food.

In 2nd room, blinds are not retrofitted, no tubes present, all cords form a loop that poses a risk of strangulation to children. Cords are viewed accessible to preschool age children.
