The shower glass sliding door was unlocked, making the shower cord and shampoos accessible and posing an entrapment hazard. 110-300-0165(2)(f) - The glass door lacked stickers or signs to prevent children from running into it. 110-300-0165(3)(d) - An outdoor refrigerator lacked a safety lock.
