The food prep, food storage, and laundry area did not appear clean and sanitary. I observed that a banana was in the process of being sliced on top of the washing machine. The kitchenarea used for food prep also is the utility sink for laundry. It did not appear to be cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. The floor does not appear to be cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. The shelves which contain food items do not appear to be cleaned and sanitized on a routine basis.”
