Licensor observed the wall and window sill in toddler classroom has chipping paint. The wood laminate flooring in Preschool 2 bathroom at base of toilet is warped/bowed and swollen. The laminate no longer has a seal and is not preventing moisture from getting into it.

Toddler classroom had plastic bag storage directly above the toilet used by children and was within child reach. Staff immediately moved the bag holder to a hook out of child reach and will keep it inaccessible.
