The following were not seen in the staff policy: The observation, evaluation and feedback policy does not include that this will be conducted annually and record will be in the staff file. A hiring requirement for staff is to have their high school diploma (or equivalent or higher) recorded in MERIT. Then within 5 years they must meet the job role requirement of ECE initial certificate or an equivalent and then after 2 years as a lead or licensee have the short certificate completed.

1a,b) Two toddler slides are available and will be placed on rubber mulch. The area where the mulch is intended to go does not allow for a 6 foot fall zone around the equipment and is not 9 inches deep.
