(1)(a) There was a pack of Huggies cleansing wipes labeled "keep out of the reach of children" in a bin container that was in a cubbie in the bathroom of the Willow (toddler) classroom that was accessible to the children. The container was low enough for children to reach it and the container and the wipes are easy to access.
(1)(a)(b) There was a blue whale teetor totter placed on the back deck of the center. This is not appropriate ground cover for this item.
There was diaper cream that did not have the childs first and last name.
There is a clock on the wall outside of the Birch room and the cord is hanging and capable of forming a loop. There are plastic bags in the bathroom on a shelf, and there is a chair placed under the shelf this allows the bags accessible to the children.
The Birch room door/doorknob has a device on that requires special knowledge to open the door.
