Playground equipment is not installed following CPSC playground guidelines. A residential plastic climber is in use. A horizontal ladder is installed. It is intended for children 4 years and older. Fall and use zones do not measure at least 6 feet surrounding equipment, with a depth at least 9 inches deep of loose fill material (play chips).

2c) there were dangling or loose cords seen in teh classrooms 2d) plastic bags were seen under the classroom sink 3g) the metal trash baskets were seen to be rusty. The heater vent in the bathroom is rusted with chipping paint. The paint on some deck steps is chipping.
