In each of the rooms there were windows with blinds and pull cords. One window blind was secured down and the other blind was not. There were hanging pull cords that were accessible to the children and capable of forming a loops. Completed Date Disputed Date Disputed
The storage door was open, not locked and accessible to the children. There was a "paddle" placed on the door frame to keep it from being closed and locked. - The staff removed the "paddle" and closed the door during the visit.
In all 4 rooms there are windows with blinds that have pull cords that are capable of forming loops and pose a risk of strangulation to the children. In room 104 there was a staff laptop that had a cord hanging off the desk and was capable of forming a loop.
There was purell wipes on the counter that were accessible to the children. The staff in room 102 removed during the visit.
