The applicant has put outlet covers on outlets that are actually choking hazards. There are exposed dangling cords in the infant room and carport area. The applicant has not quite figured out how to keep the infant warm enough in Winter. There is a small cadet heater in the infant room but it is accessible to children so cannot be used. It will be hot to the touch. None of the outlets accessible to children are TR type.
