In restroom bathroom the cording for the vacuum is accessible. In the bedroom a fan was not plugged directly in the wall and the cording was by the fan. The little kitchenette was no secure and moveable. The children pushed the kitchenette away from the wall this forms a hazard and can tilt and turn over on smaller children. In the bedroom there is large bin that is fill of what appeared to be stuffed animals stacked on top of a bin with drawers. The bin with the stuffed animals was not secure. Chipping paint was observed on changing table, white shelving unit in the main child care space and in both restrooms by the sinks. Restroom in the main space water was at 129 degrees. Outlet in the bedroom was twistable and broken. The outlet is no longer twistable and the outlet socket for the top outlet was broken. In the kitchen on the rights side and the left there are outlets. The outlet to the left is only 3 feet away and is GFCI but did not appear to be tamper resistant. The outlet to the right was 4 feet away and was neither tamper resistant nor GFCI. The children did not go into the kitchen while the licensor was there but there is also no barrier to keep them from entering the space. If a barrier is placed and the children do not have access the outlets will be okay like they are because the children will not have access. But if there is no barrier to keep children from having access the outlets will need to be changed out.· March 20, 2024
