During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the emergency exit door in the toddler/preschool age classroom locked with a hook lock, and the hallway emergency exit door leading the unlicensed exterior of the building locked with a hook lock. (3)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a table partially blocking the emergency exit door in the toddler/preschool age classroom, and a dramatically play kitchen set partially blocking the emergency exit door in the preschool classroom. Licensor reviewed MERIT and onsite records and observed that Assistant Teacher JL has not completed their food worker card. (12)
