During annual site visit, licensor observed, 3 empty 3-step cleaning bottles hanging from a shelf in the main room. During annual site visit, licensor observed 1 clorox spray bottle and two spray bottles with an estimated 1 inch of liquid hanging from a shelf in bathroom. During annual site visit, licensor observed no diaper changing pad.

Provider stated she does not use the kitchen to prepare snacks or bottles. Bottles come prepared, provider sends extra milk home with parents at end of day. There is not area in main child care to prepare bottles.
