During the inspection, this licensor observed a climbing dome and a slide that did not meet CPSC ground surfacing or safety fall zone guidelines. The climbing dome was measured to be twenty inches from the outdoor fence and one inch from the boundary separating the wood chipped area from the grass. The slide was measured to be nineteen inches from the outdoor fence. Ground surfacing underneath both playground equipment was measured to be 2-6 inches depending on the location.
