This happened around 10:10am. Another teacher, Jay, was walking past and found the child had returned to his empty room and was alone in the classroom. Mr. Jay took the child outside and returned him to his teacher. The director said that it is unknown how long the child was left alone but the teacher, Alaisa, states they had just made it outside when Mr. Jay brought the child out.

Required correction: The facility shall provide competent supervision for each child as required.

There are tunnels inside and electrical cords hanging from the ceiling inside. Machine was passed by a fire inspection, but with it being on the playground it now becomes hazardous. Children have to walk around the machine to utilize the playground.
