In classroom 133 observed one power strip on top of a toy shelf accessible to children, with no protective covers.
Required correction: In rooms used by children all electrical outlets that are accessible to children must have protective covers. Correct by 3/4/26. Staff unplugged the power strip and placed it on a hook above the shelf making it inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of inspection. No response necessary. Correct by 03/04/2026

Required correction: Sharp tools and instruments must be stored in areas inaccessible to children. Correct by 9/4/24. Staff moved both pairs of scissors to a high shelf inaccessible to children while the Licensing Specialist was present. Corrected at the time of inspection. No response necessary. Correct by 09/04/2024
