In the infant classroom there were 2 crib sheets that were loose and did not properly fit the crib mattresses. The two cribs were empty and did not have any sleeping infants in the cribs at the time of the visit.

In the Toddler classroom in the cozy area there were staples used to hold up a soft padding. There were loose staples on the padding and 1 staple on the ground accessible to children under the age of 3 years old.

In the toddler classroom there was a long cord over 18 inches long connected to a fish display. The long cord was posing a possible strangulation hazard. Outside throughout the toddler playground there was exposed weed barrier material posing a possible tripping hazard.
Required correction: Indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, and furnishings must be sturdy, safe, and free of hazards. ***Corrected at the time of the visit a staff member tapped the cord to the wall and the director covered all exposed exposed weed barrier material. Outside on the preschool playground there was broken blue plastic pieces with shrap edges, broken glass, chain link fence was in disrepair, telephone tube, and lose drum wall. All items were posing a safety hazard.
