On the Preschool Playground, exposed weed covering in the sand box, debris such as bandaid and small pieces of paper in the wood chips area, and a large bag of open garbage next to the wall, accessible to children, posing a potential hazard.
Required correction: The outdoor area must be checked and kept safe and free of hazards. CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. Staff raked the sand box, removed the debris and the bag of garbage. No response required. Correct by 04/07/2026
