At the time of the visit, in the desk area and sign in area there was a bottle of hand sanitizer labeled " keep out of reach of children " accessible to children, also in the sink area there was a container of Clorox wipes labeled " keep out of reach of children " accessible to children
Required correction: Correct immediately, all items labeled " keep out of reach of children " are inaccessible to children. Violation was corrected at the time of the visit, Provider, removed the sanitizer, and wipes and put them in a locked cabinet.
