Outside on the brown fence there were two nails protruding from the fance posing a possible safety hazard. Outside on the infant/toddler playground there were two cracked and broken white chair platforms that were posing a possible safety hazard. Outside on the infant/todder playground there was a red dust pan was cracked and sitting on the ground posing a possible safety hazard. Outside on the infant/toddler playground there was a wooden sun shade area that serveral areas of green peeling paint. The peeling paint is posing a possible safety hazard. Outside on the preschool playground there was a pink shed and there was peeling paint on the door of the shed. Outside on the preschool playground there was an area of the pour and play that was speadind apart and posing a possible tripping hazard. Outside on the walkway from the preschool classroom to the playground there was a large area of exposed weed barrier fabric that was posing a possible tripping hazard.
