At the time of inspection, it was observed that there is standing water in the sink of the Cardinals C classroom due to a known clogged drain causing a potential hazard to children.
Required correction: Indoor and outdoor equipment, materials and furnishing must be sturdy safe and free of hazards. ****Corrected at time of inspection, the Assistant Director removed all of the water from the sink in the classroom. No response is required. Correct by 05/19/2026

During the inspection, the specialist observed a gap measuring approximately 3 to 4 inches at the bottom of the fence in the toddler playground area, presenting a potential safety hazard for children. On the preschool classroom area, nails were found protruding from the fence with exposed sharp ends, posing another potential risk. Addtionally, a metal stake with a sharp end was noted sticking out of the ground, which also represents a potential hazard to the children.
