At the time of inspection, the specialist observed an unlocked door in the hallway that led to the Staff Lounge. In the Staff Lounge, the specialist observed a cutting board on a shelf, causing a potential hazard to children.
Required correction: Indoor and outdoor equipment, materials and furnishings must be sturdy, safe and free of hazards. ****Corrected at time of inspection. The Director locked the door leding to the Staff Lounge. No response is required. Correct by 02/03/2026

In the hallway, I observed an unlocked closet. Behind the unlocked closet on the floor observed "Bleach" and other cleaning supplies sitting on the floor accessible to children.
Required correction: Items labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be inaccessible to children. Submit a written response of compliance to the specialist. ****Corrected at the time of inspection, The Owner locked the closet making the items inaccessible to children. No response is required. Correct by 03/03/2025
