At the time of visit, in both Preschool 2 and Preschool 3, electrical cords for the classroom computers were dangling beneath the desks and were accessible to children creating a safety hazard. In Preschool 3, the electrical cord for the classroom music player was dangling from the outlet on the wall and was accessible to children, creating a safety hazard.
Required correction: Immediately, all indoor equipment and materials must be safe and free of hazards at all times. Corrected at time of visit, the classroom teachers secured the electrical cords bringing the facility into compliance. No response needed. Correct by 09/24/2024
