In the Chipmunk classroom observed two broken bins with sharp edges on a low shelf accessible to children. In an unlocked door in the hallway observed an art supply room that had a laminator on that was hot to touch on the counter and a paper cutter in the art room on a counter causing a potential hazard.

The Department of Early Childhood keeps about three years of complaints on a program’s public page. Anything older is released only on request, as a single file covering the whole state.
