In an unlocked cabinet near the sink, loose plastic garbage bags and empty ziploc bags were accessible to children.
Required correction: Immediately, all loose plastic bags must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of visit, the director moved the plastic bags to the kitchen making them inaccessible to children. No response needed. Correct by 04/23/2026
