In Room 17, a long electrical cord was dangling from the ceiling. The spinning seat and the swings on the playground near the building to have as little as one inch of resilient surfacing. Observed the weed matting-used to prevent weeds from growing- to be exposed due to the lack of woodchips.
Required correction: There must be at least six inches of resilient surfacing surrounding all fall zones on equipment that measures over 18 inches in height. Correct immediately by 6.25.2025. and submit a written statement of compliance to the Specialist by 7.2.2025. Correct by 06/25/2025
