Within thirty (30) calendar days of the last day of employment, staff members must be provided a letter verifying their experience at the center. The letter must contain the center?s address, phone number, and license number; the employee?s start date and end date; and the total number of hours worked with children. Hours worked with infants and toddlers must be documented separately from hours worked with other age groups. The letter must be signed by a Director, owner, or human resources agent of the center or governing body.

Required correction: Within thirty (30) days of separation of employment the provide must provide a letter verifying their experience at the facility, this must contain start and end date, total hours worked with children. Hours documented with infants and toddlers must me separate from hours worked with other ages. Submit a statement of compliance by 6/18/2023

At nap time, the child to staff ratio may be doubled for children two and one half (2 ½) years of age and older in preschool classrooms when the following conditions have been met: At least half of the children are sleeping.

Required correction: Immediately, staff to child ratio must be followed. At nap time staff ratio may be doubled only if half of the children are asleep. Corrected at the time of visit, licensing specialist stayed in room until Steve (owner) was able to get another staff member in room to help cover. Submit a statement of compliance by 6/2/2023.
