Required correction: There must be at least 1 staff member on duty in each infant room at all times who hold CPR Certification. CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION - SM3 who has CPR Certification was moved into the Infant 1 room. Correct by 05/01/2026

Required correction: Immediately make all hazardous items inaccessible to children. CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION - staff member moved Tylenol and Magic Eraser sponges to a high cabinet making it inaccessible to children. No response required. Correct by 05/01/2026
