Required correction: Correct immediately. At all times loose plastic bags must be stored in areas inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit the director remove the plastic bags and put them in a locked cabinet inaccessible to children Correct by 08/28/2024

At the time of the visit into bee's classroom there was broken crayons that can pose as a choke or inhalation hazard.
Required correction: Corrected immediately. Toys toy parts, furnishing, equipment and materials accessible to children under 3 years of age must not be a choke hazard. Corrected at the time of the visit the director removed the broken crayons from the room. Correct by 08/28/2024
