Required correction: Toys, equipment, and any materials accessible to children under 3 years of age must not be a choke hazard. Correct by 6/17/26. Staff locked the seashells and rocks in a cabinet making them inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of inspection. No response necessary. Correct by 06/17/2026
