At the time of the visit in the polar Bear room, in the restroom. there was a mop bucket with water in it accessible to children.
Required correction: Correct immediately. All mops, and cleaning supplies. must be stored in areas inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the director removed the mop bucket. and placed it in an area inaccessible to children. No response needed Correct by 11/12/2025
