Required correction: Immediately (8/10/26) ensure that items labeled "keep out of reach of children" are stored in an area inaccessible to children. Provider corrected at time of visit by moving the items to a higher shelf out of reach of children. No further response is needed. Correct by 08/10/2026

Policies and procedures state: Little Bosses will allow television and videos on special occassions only. The staff believes that the children should receive all their learning experinece from hands on playing and learning from their interaction with their teachers and their other classmates. Identified from staff that preschool and school age children watch television one day a week for 30 minutes. Each classroom has a designated day to watch televsion.
