Required correction: Immediately (12/2/25) ensure all glitter is inaccessible to children under the age of three. Director removed the art work from the wall at the time of the inspection making the glitter inaccessible. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.

Toys, toy parts, furnishings, equipment, and any materials accessible to children under than three (3) years of age must not be a choke hazard or able to be inhaled. Any area of the facility accessible to children less than three (3) years of age must be free of any choke or inhalation hazards.
Required correction: Immediately (12/2/25) ensure that all items that pose a potential choking hazard are inaccessible less than 3 years of a age. Director removed the cotton balls from classroom 7 and moved the dry erase markers to a locked cabinet in classroom 12 at the time of inspection making the items in accessible. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.
