children playing in main child care area a red bin with small legos to be accessible to children under 3 years old. Observed in the second child care room on table 4 children playing with legos including small pieces. Identified through director that 4 of the children in care where under 3 years old , 2 of those children were playing with the legos. Observed unlocked closet with pony beads on bottom self accessible to children causing safety hazard.
