Older complaints are released only on request. The department does not rank complaints by severity in either place.

Required correction: Immediately, all items with a manufacture label of keep out of reach of children must be inaccessible to all children. Corrected at the time of visit: Kara removed from the bathroom to a kitchen cabinet. No written response needed. Correct by 02/26/2024
