The following hazardous items were found accessible to children: A bottle of one soft scrub, a bottle of car cleaner, a large bottle of Dawn dish soap, and a bottle of leather cleaner were observed under the kitchen sink. Also in the kitchen, inside two (2) unlocked drawers it was observed many sharp knives, two (2) adult scissors, an apple cutter. Additionally, in the bathroom, on top of the counter it was observed a bottle of Febreze air freshner, and inside an unlocked cabinet drawer there were many heir products. All hazardous items listed above were labeled by manufacturer as "keep out of reach of children", posing a potential safety harazous.
Required correction: All hazardous items and materials must be inacessible to children. Correct immediately. The Provider corrected the violation at the time of the inspection by placing safety locks on the kitchen cabinet and drawers, on the bathroom drawer and by removing the Febreze air freshner from the bathroom counter and placing it on top of the refrigerator. No response is necessary. Correct by 10/04/2023
