Observed in classroom 9 polyurethane paint labeled "keep out of the reach of children" in a closet with unlocked doors. All products were accessible to children and posed a potential safety concern.

The violation was corrected at the time of the inspection. The facility's Administrator removed the items from the playground area. No response is necessary. Correct by 12/07/2023 No response is necessary for this Report of Inspection.
