In the kitchen in an unlocked cabinet accessible to children there was a large roll of plastic trash bags posing a possible suffocation hazard. In the living room there was a printer cord longer than 18 inches long accessible to children that was posing a possible suffocation hazard. On a lower shelf accessible to children there was a toy car that had 3AAA batteries exposed posing a possible safety hazard.

Outside in the backyard there was brick tiles that were uneven had sharp edges posing a possible safety hazard. Outside near the evacuation gate there were large stepping stones with sharp edges that were piled high posing a safety hazard. There were nails sticking out of two fence posts posing a safety hazard.
