Required correction: Items labeled “keep out of reach of children” must be inaccessible to children. ***Corrected at the time of the visit the staff member placed the container of disinfect wipes up high and inaccesible to children. No response required.*** Correct by 12/09/2025

Outside of classroom 104 on the sign in and out table there was 3 containers of sunscreen labeled "keep out of reach of children" and were accessible to children.

In classroom 104 there were two containers of sunscreen without the children's first and last name.
Required correction: Ensure that all children with individual sunscreen must be labeled with the child's first and last name. ***Corrected at the time of the visit the teacher placed the children's first and last name on the two containers of sunscreen. No need for written statement of compliance.*** Correct by 02/08/2024
