At the time of the inspection, gallon sized plastic bags were in an unlocked cabinet in the kitchen, under the microwave, accessible to children.
Required correction: Immediately ( 1/29/2025), all hazardous items must be inaccessible to children at all times. **Corrected at the time of the visit when the provider placed a lock on the cabinet, making the plastic bags inaccessible to children. No responses needed. Correct by 01/29/2025
