Older complaints are released only on request. The department does not rank complaints by severity in either place.

A charging cord was observed in the Preschool classroom plugged into an electrical outlet, with the opposite end exposed and accessible to children, posing a potential safety hazard. Observed two chairs stacked on top of a table in-between two children on cots and a cot leaning up against another cot where a child was sleeping posing a potential safety hazard.
Required correction: Indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, and furnishings must be sturdy safe and free from hazards. Corrected at the time of the inspection, the charging cord was unplugged and removed, as well as the cot and the chairs where removed. No response required. Correct by 02/03/2026
The Department of Early Childhood keeps about three years of complaints on a program’s public page. Anything older is released only on request, as a single file covering the whole state.
