In the infant 3 classroom, observed 5 cribs with sheets that were not properly fitted. No children were observed to be in the cribs at the time of the walk through.
Required correction: Mattresses fro cribs and futons must have a properly fitted, clean sheets. Corrected at time of visit-staff tightened sheets that were loose on the 5 mattresses on 4/22/26. No response required. Correct by 04/22/2026
