In room 114, the cabinet under the sink was unlocked and two gallon bottles of bleach labeled 'keep out of reach of children' were accessible to children.
Required correction: Immediately, all items labeled 'keep out of reach of children' must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of visit, the classroom teacher locked the cabinet making the items inaccessible. No response needed. Correct by 02/23/2026

Required correction: Immediately, all sharp tools and instruments must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of visit, the classroom teacher moved the items to a locked drawer making the items inaccessible. No response needed. Correct by 02/23/2026
