At the time of the visit in the toddler 2 bathroom there was a package of wipes labeled "keep out of reach of children" also in the Pre K 1 and Pre K 2 rooms there was bottles of sanitizer on the sink accessible to children
Required correction: Correct immediately all items labeled Keep Out Of Reach of children must be inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit the teacher, and director removed the items and made them inaccessible to children. No response needed Correct by 01/22/2025
