There was two containers of diaper cream labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children in a bin on a low self next to the restroom. There was a bottle of air freshener labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children that was sitting on the back of the toilet accessible to children.

Reviewed the providers emergency drill log. The drill log was lacking lockdown and active shooter drills. Also the last Tornado drill was completed 10/23/2024.

The provider did not have a gate on the stairs leading to the upstairs of the home and had children 2 and under in care.
Required correction: Stairways of more than four (4) steps, in indoor and licensed outdoor areas, that are accessible to children must have gates that prevent access from the area being used when children under two (2) years old are present. ***Corrected at the time of the visit the provider places at gate at the bottom of the stairs preventing access to the children under 2 years old.
