Corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, and products under pressure in an aerosol dispenser and any substance that may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not kept in locked storage when children were in care. The door to shed in the backyard is broken and wont locked, there were hazardous products stored and accessible to children.

Fire drills and shelter in place/lock down drills were monitored, there was no documentation for a shelter in place or lockdown drill for November 2025.The center had one in August 2025 and the next one documented was January 2026.

Operator did not keep records of monthly fire drills, quarterly lockdown or shelter-in-place drills, incident reports, incident logs, accurate attendance, emergency numbers, emergency preparedness and response plan, field trip/transportation permission, pet vaccinations records and/or playground inspections monthly outdoor safety checks for a minimum of one year. The provider was not able to provide documentation of completing a monthly fire drill for October 2023.
