A child was yelled at, shamed, humiliated, frightened, threatened or bullied. It was stated that children are reprimanded publicly with loud tones in front of the children. It was stated that there is “a lot of yelling at the kids” and they are yelled at in a loud voice to “sit down”. Interviewees stated that children are threatened with a pop in response to behavior. During dismissal, a witness stated the director displayed how they would discipline a child using “potty” words by taking the hand of a child and making the child pop themself with own hand.
