It was stated that there is “a lot of yelling at the kids” and they are yelled at in a loud voice to “sit down”. Interviewees stated that children are threatened with a pop in response to behavior. During dismissal, a witness stated the director displayed how they would discipline a child using “potty” words by taking the hand of a child and making the child pop themself with own hand.
