A drug or medication was administered without written authorization and/or instructions from a child's parent or authorized health professional. All children's medication that required an action plan was on file. However, in space #8 a child's epi-pen was on the incorrect medication administering form. In space #5, there was no medication administering form for the prescribed cream for G. H. In space 10, a child's epi-pen was on the incorrect medication administering form. In space #2, a child's epi-pen was on the incorrect medication administering form. In the locked cabinet in the office, incorrect medication administering forms for a child's Benadryl, Motrin, and Genzxia allergy medicine.
